Just walked in the door. What a wonderful weekend. Once again the VAFWDA did an outstanding job of hosting the Jamboree. Were even able to order up some most incredible weather...who'da thunk in could have snowed on Thursday and been 65 degrees Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So did everyone make it home safe? Alan (and Rachel) did the ratchet straps stay in place and get you home? We did get the Blue YJ put back together this morning, the ARB was a pain in the ear...but we got it pulled and the new shafts in place and Bill is on his way home to KY...Hopefully it holds together for his 300 mile trip... Again, thanks to all the coordinators and guides for a great weekend... I'll post up again when I get my pictures uploaded. p.s. Nothing broke on the Blue trail...

Ben as much as you are spending on shafts you would be better off going and getting a used 8.8 somewhere.

Hey Ben, there was one of those Rodeo D44's with disk brakes up at UWI last weekend. I think it had Ben Wood written all over it.

You're scaring me Lyle. You seem to know alot about Exploders. What's the deal ? Gonna trade the TJ in for an Exploder?

You're scaring me Lyle. You seem to know alot about Exploders. What's the deal ? Gonna trade the TJ in for an Exploder? The Exploder rear is a SUPER DUPER swap for any Wrangler...I got Mine! To modify some of Lyles most excellent information. You are looking for a 96 and up for the disks... disks were a RARE option in 95 but only came in 3.0x gears. NOW TO GET THIS THREAD BACK ON TRACK: Oak Ridge Jeep Jamboree 2005 Pics These are down and dirty...all I deleted were the fuzzy focus ones. Hundred and eighty some odd shots. Many look just the same...but this camera will shoot 3fps if I'm not carefull...

I think it was about then that he just quit trying to spot me over anything... ;D
Actually I think I was lining up to winch Chris off of a rock...we had been stacking and rocking and pulling and pushing and...for a while...had the proverbial, rock between the soft places going on...Exasperation, I think that's the word we are looking for...
