Well, besides the obvious of lockers, gears, and maybe a little armor, I am working on getting rid of the transfer case crossmember bar. I am running some ideas, I think I may have come with the next segment of backyard mechanics. I'm gonna start working on it this weekend.

Guys, I think we'll be back out there a couple times this summer. I know hard Core Dave will be wanting to plan a trip up there again soon. And, there are these other "hard core" wheelers who have been wanting to go up there to really test their stuff (jeepingoose (Adam) and Cory). I think many will agree. It's easy to catch the wheeling bug after a weekend up there.
BTW, Paul, Tony or someone, would you cover me for a quick trip report at the next meeting. I will not be able to attend.

Thanks Paul. By the way, you can tell the story of how I picked up the back of your truck and threw you against a tree (on the down hill Sunday) so you could be happy and claim body damage! ;D

Well two words come to mind tony... buddy... buddy.... buddy... oh well I forgot the second word . I'll do a quick report and cover all the grounds tony's wheel hop richards car-b-Q, my tree rub, tracy's burnout, jims grader, some vaseline or dish soap, fran topheavy on the rock and anything else that comes to mind. I don't know if I'll make the next one... if the work weekend come's around i'll go for that but i got some work to do to my garage before hurricane season and i also need to get some things fixed on my yota and other things tweaked before the next trip. Your right Fran, I have already had the wheeling bug, but it's time to step it up to the next level and get crawling. Hey Paul, I thought I might have figured out the word you forgot, but I felt that you wouldn't say something like that , so I have no clue. Don't forget to touch base on the Yota-almost-endo story. As for your garage, can we weld it? Russ

Hey Richard, hate for you to fix that squealing, that was our reassurance you were still back there. If you do, you wouldn't be able to ride in the back.

The only cure I know for "rock sickness" is to hit them harder, that way within a few times of doing that, you'll be so numb you won't feel a thing... But Jay is right, can't wait to see that beast back out on the trail....

Yeah I need to bring something with me when I go back out. I didn't fair to well out there. I don't know if I will take the Silverado out on the trails but you might see it up there the next time. Can't wait.
