i'll get the driveshafts cut this week, then i need to find a radiator, and get the exhaust done.
if it gets painted one day it will probably be forrest green, with the factory stripes just like Boucher's.

Wow, Sounds like a good idea. You know if you actually painted it you would still be done before Hobbs.

moved under it's own power yesterday! drove it from the street into the driveway with no gas pedal, no clutch line, no power steering, no radiator, and no exhaust.

drove it round the block today! still don't have a clutch cable, so i had to start it in gear. cranking it to start into ocean view ave was fun. still needs exhaust so i welded the old muffler to a little peice of down pipe and have it sticking out the side

Good news! Only 2 months til the Trail Ride. What clutch cable part do you need? Oh, and I vote for exhaust out the hood, with one of those cool flapper thingys on the top.

i'm going from the stock cj master which is double flare to the stock ax-15 slave which uses a plastic line held in with a roll pin. AA makes an adapter to convert both the slave and master to A N fittings and connect them with a braided stainless line. that's the only solution i've found so far other than swaping to a yj pedal assembly and using the newer master setup. i think just buying the line will be easier.

more simple things: narrow axles, and a wrangler tub also got Derek's old lift springs.....things are starting to get complicated; might have to try to squeeze the Qs in there.........

When are you going to put an exhaust on that thing? I need to know how much that converter is going to cost me

With the narrow axles and those old Rancho springs the Q's might tuck right in there.. I had the same, except I had 2" body lift and 1/2 shackle lift.
