Sandy and I are asking for any and all assistance at cutting down and removing 3 oak and 1 pine tree. If you want to take some or all of it home with you, be my guest.
The fun will start at 9am and last until it is cut up. The large pieces will be hauled away unless someone wants to tackle that too.
We will supply the gas and bar oil for chainsaws, food and drink for all that assist in this fun. I also have a chain sharpener on sight.
Please let Sandy or I know if you plan on helping out so we have enough food and drink for everyone.
Jesse

Would have liked to help, and haul away some of the wood, but unfortunately I'll be on a well deserved vacation trip. If some wood is left over though, I'll come by for a pickup load. Fran

Fran......if you don't make it in time to grab a load of wood from this deal, PM me.....I am moving out of town soon, and have nearly a cord in my yard that you can have free for the hauling. Jon M.

As of now it is calling for rain and thunderstorms so I will make the call Thursday if I'm pushing this back a week or not. I don't want to be playing with trees when it is lightning.
Thanks Jesse

Sorry Jesse I won't be able to make the second. I have duty that day. If it gets rained out or isn't completed on saturday I can help on Sunday. Or if you have some of the Oak left on Sunday I can come down and haul off a load.

I'm sure it won't all be done on Saturday and I plan on working Sunday at it. I will have to clear the driveway so we can park cars and such.

Norm has hooked me up with someone that is going to be onsite making lumber of the whole thing so this should entertaining also. If you have kids, you may want to stop by and show them how logs are turned into lumber. Not only getting rid of trees that are in my way but it is educational also.

Sunny and 54 degree's is the forcast for now. We are looking to get started at 9am. Russ will probably have me up and going prior to that as he never lets me sleep in.
Please let us know if your coming by to help so we have enough food and drink for everyone.
The logs will be cut into timber approx 3-4 week after this weekend. I will let everyone know so that if you have children and would like to see this done and want to stop by to watch.
Thanks, Jesse and Sandy

Sandy and I would like to thank those that came out and helped cut down the three oaks. We do still have the pine but will wait until the wind is favorable so we don't give Sandy another heartattack.
