There is AAA and then there is AAA GOLD.
With the gold package you get more miles.
I tow with the ZJ and a borrowed dual axle trailer with electric brakes.
I do use torsion bars to help control everything, and there are still times I wish I had a truck. Mostly on the curvy mountain roads out here.

Yeah, I have the AAA RV Plus. The card is Gold, but it doesn't say gold.

Just checked aaa site. RV plus is as high as you can go with them the card is gold but it only gives you 100 miles.

Hmmm. I'll have to double check my policy, I know I didn't have enough milage to get my Jeep back to Chesapeake, but I got it as far as Charlottesville. Maybe it was only 100 miles.

Don't get me wrong they will tow it more than a hundred miles but only the hundred is no charge, anything over is 3 dollars a mile.
