Another great annual. I got to do some trails I haven't been on before. Besides a few new squeaks, the Heep worked like a champ and made short work of most of the obstacles out there. I enjoyed tail gunning for Jack and we had a good group out there. The fire was more tame than usual, and I made it home safe and sound - just barely - heading out 29 some goober decided to abruptly slow down to turn right causing a few vehicles to brake hard and I didn't slow down fast enough, and got to make friends with some nice kids in a Toyota pickup - their rear bumper has two new small dents ... So when is the next adventure? Adam

The wife and I had a good time event though we had some problems the last day. Great times were had visiting with the Clark family over meals and on the trails. As it is always the case, too many friendly folks to name them all but we certainly enjoy getting up there from SC and wheelin with each and everyone of you.
We had some steering problems and transfer-case issues but made it home under our own power safely. I think a new powersteering pump is going to cure the steering problem. I'll have to open the TC though to fully inspect it before I can determine the cause of the banging noises.
Although we didn't win anything at the party, it was a fun event and look forward to seeing you all again soon next year, or sooner, somewhere on the trails!!!

Denise and I had a blast even though it started out badly. But thats another story. The yota did really well except for the turning radius but thats a toyota thing. Looking forward to next years.

So much for the wet weekend as sooooooooooo many predicted. (weather forecasters. .....................please!! ) Had a great time. Covered some trails we hadn't seen in a while. Met some new folks and got reacquainted with some old. Thanks to all that helped stack, spot, strap and winch, If that tells you anything. Look forward to the next trip. It was awesome seeing the Bishop' again. Thanks to the Coordinators,Cooks, and Volunteers. Thanks to Mike,Matt, and Rick for all the help around camp and hauling gear. Great to see Norman behind the wheel again.

Well, i made it home. I had to rig the tilt mechanism after the thing locked and shut off on me leaving the Mc Donalds in Lovingston. Only thing is i had to drive it over to Beuna Vista (Approx 60 miles) to fix it. Once there we got some clamps at the Advance Auto to hold it together to get me the rest of the way home.

Hey it got my butt home. Actually i was sitting there holding a steering wheel in 1 hand and trying to push it back down into the column with the other. That is when i decided that there wasn no way i could drive 5 hours like that. It was much nicer after the fix thats for sure.

Some sort of a retainer inside the column broke. When it fell out you could see that the entire bottom of the upper section was broken off.
Look closely in the background of the pic you can see the replacement column and it will be in this week hopefully.
Big thanks to Clint for bringing it up to me.

Karin and I had a great time as always and got to meet some of the new folks since our move. And what could be better than wheeling with new and old friends.
Great job by all the cookies and coordinators.

Alex and I had an awesome time! For Ol' Yeller's first real run it did great. Our group ran through the trails with minimal down time. Thanks Jack and Adam for a great run and thanks Jesse for the comedy show at the raffle! Keith and Cheryl and all involved, big thanks....
