I don't know what your current plan is (Waiting for replacement part?) But I would not use their joint on the track bar. I would look at a good quality Hiem or Currie Johnny Joint, that RK joint looks like crap IMHO for such a critical component... Will I'm going to give them another shot. There are a lot of people that seem to be really happy with the RK stuff and honestly, to me it seemed pretty good. I think I might have just got one that slipped through QA. I hope

Time for tonight's round of "things I tried that didn't fix it" Replaced the track bar with the stock one. Still wobbled and seems like it is getting worse. Noticed when I was replacing the track bar, the bolt hole on the frame seemed to have a lot of play. Measured it, 5/8" hole for a 9/16" bolt. Got in touch with Harold, met him halfway to borrow his welder, bought some 1/2" washers and ground them out so they fit snugly on the 9/16 bolt, secured them with the bolt and tacked them in, removed the bolt and finished welding. Still wobbles. I guess tomorrow instead of wheeling at Starr I'll just be limping there and dropping my Jeep off in their service department because I am totally tapped out on ideas...

FINALLY FIXED IT!!!!!!!! ;D So, I replaced the steering stabilizer. Whether that actually fixed it or is just masking another problem, I'm not sure. All I know is that now I can drive it down the highway without fear of it shaking itself apart after every bump. Thanks so much to everyone for all your help. Hopefully I've got it figured out!

Congrats. The solution always seems to be the last thing you try

Congrats. The solution always seems to be the last thing you try Well sure. It'd be kind of silly to keep trying things when you fixed something

It is for sure masking another problem. However, I always seem to be one steering stabilizer away from DW myself so if it keeps it at bay then let it be. When the real culprit finally shows itself it will be obvious.

When the real culprit finally shows itself it will be obvious. That's kind of my rationale at this point. I've checked everything else so if that fixes it, at least for now, so be it. I'll fix whatever it's masking once it gets unmasked.

Sorry i'm late responding. Been without Internet for a while. Two things you need to look at. First is adjustable control arms. On the JK's they are natoripus for throwing the steering geometry off. Also check your welds on the track bar axle tube area. The welds are known for tearing and distorting. That's one of the reasons I'm running the evo off road steering correction. It allows me to run the stock track bar but reinforces the area and flops the steering giving better angles. I still need to do control arms though.

I've checked all of the welds and everything looks fine. It seems to be doing just fine now.
