Ok people, last time I'll say it. If you're one of the people who like to wait until the last minute to register, you might not be happy if you aren't paying attention. I'm showing 4 left and 1 currently in the middle of registering.
Quite a few new challenges have been presented to us this year concerning the 21st ATR. I assure you that we have worked hard, crunched numbers, and brainstormed to meet these challenges to give everyone the most for their money and still be able to make the event viable. Most everything will seamlessly integrate with the way you all are accustomed to seeing it.
One significant change concerns the meal that we provide to you on Saturday night. Don't panic, there will still be a meal. It won't cost you any more, and if you bought extra meal tickets when you registered then those costs will stay the same. This year the meal will be catered. There will be a very small number of extra tickets available that can be purchased on site for $10 each when you check in Friday morning.
The purpose of notifying you of this is so someone doesn't show up thinking they can buy 5 extra meal tickets on site. It isn't possible to offer these at the last minute as in years past. We also want to advise you of the menu that will be served which is hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, beans, and chips. Tea and lemonade will also be served with dinner. If you will want something to drink other than tea or lemonade you will need to please be sure and bring that with you to dinner.
Again, your meal ticket will get you through the line once. If you don't have a meal ticket, you can't go through the line. If you are bringing guests or passengers at the last minute we recommend they make alternative arrangements for dinner Saturday night. We cannot guarantee seconds or additional meal tickets at this time.
Thank you for your understanding and in light of this minor change we are confident this will continue to be an outstanding event as it always has been! We want to accommodate you and make sure you have a good time. Please contact a Trail Ride Committee member if you have any concerns.
PS. we do still want your can of chili. Although it won't be served at dinner, we donate all of the unopened cans to a food bank.

Hey VA4WDA and Tidewater teamed to purchase two sets of five tires for the raffle. Come and see me for the winning tickets. Remember, all the numbers I call will be winners! Save those $20s and $50s for the raffle.
