OK so the 95 4 banger fuel injected is not starting. You have to turn it over usually twice for about 10 sec each time to get it to run. Runs fine at that point with no problem of restarting. New fuel pump, filter, regulator, cap, plugs, fuel cap, injectors are less than two years old. Guessing its loosing fuel pressure on the line to where its bleeding back to the tank? Any ideas.

Do these tests please: 1. Turn the key on, how long before the fuel pump builds pressure and stops running the first time? 2. Turn the key on and let the pump run until it stops. Turn the key off. Turn the key on and let the pump run until it stops. Turn the key off. Keep repeating until the pump doesn't run when you turn on the key. How many times did you have to turn the key?
After test 2, would the Jeep start immediately?

Were the O-rings on the QD's replaced when the pump was changed? Had that issue with my 97 when I changed the pump a few years ago.

I can't help with this issue, but I love the pictures! Brings back some fond memories. My favorite is Debbie opening her door and having hundreds of pounds of rocks in tow.

Yes all is good in YJ land. Starr came through, Tommy figured it out! Runs like a top and also starts like a top? Got the winch reconnected along with a CB today. Ready to roll at a dark thirty tomorrow.

I was gonna say push throttle until maximum speed is attained and then turn sharply left or right, preferably encountering an object such as a curb? But I guess you guys got it figured out....(see thread title for you slow guys haha!)
