It broke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Geesh ;D Playing around a little to much in 2wd low puts a good tweak on it. This actually happend a few years back at bigdogs. Just an old pic showing that the dana 20 does indeed have flaws.....

Was that a stock D20 or did it have the tera low kit?... They say that the weakest point of the D20 besides the output shafts is the case itself... That's why they say build a girdle... Also, what size tires were you running... motor, hp/torque numbers?
