Dave, ...hee hee...thanks again!! Okay, so CB got done!! Thank goodness!! I work tomorrow, leave at 1:30pm, be at Bert's for 2:00pm appt., visit Jay's house at 4'ish to get spare worked out, and meet someone somewhere at 4pm....You know Dave, when you said that driveshaft was not last minute, you weren't kidding So, now that I just got in the house from all my errands, I am going to start packing. I can't wait to hit the pillow in Harrisonburg!! Oh, and Dave, while you were out...my Jeep grew up ...**sniff**sniff**

correct me if I am wrong here guys, but Chele all you need is a speedo gear with the correct number of teeth,
to find out what you need you need to find out how much your speedo is off... ie 10% under (reading slower that your actually going) or over (reading faster than you are going)
if you need help with that, let me know... curse of my job in the Navy,
Distance/time=speed Distance/speed=time time*speed=distance ;D

If you haven't found a shop that will re-calibrate it by the time I get back, I'll put the gear in. Just need to order the correct one for tires...(it's gear drive, electonically sent to computer vice cable.)

You know....I am honestly not going to worry about it. I mean....it's not that far off and the thing is slow ANYWAY...Might as well save a couple of $$ cause I am BROKE (or broken as my daughter says) I think I'll just get those pins for the quick disconnects and be done w/it. I am going to spend my $$ on lower control arm skids if they are cheap enough....and.....if karma is REALLY good..get that bumper!

im not sure excatly how much the new speedo gear is, but i think its less than it cost to fill up the Rubi at the pump.

Check Ebay for those skids. They come up fairly often, I think MAKO's site has had them. Were you able to get the other pin out by pushing down (or up) on bumper to get the right (least) tension? If you can come by tomorrow or maybe later I should be able to hook you up with a new one, Taylor's, down the street from me, should have one...
