Well, SInce I put 37s on my XJ I felt it was time to swap axles to I can still wheel instead of a pavement opunder on the axles.. pics of what Ive done 5.13 gears in a Ford 9 inch axle.. I got a really good pattern, and set it at .009.. Boy she felt pretty, I also painted the axle and doing a brake rebuild.. Install is next weekend I was just at the Junk Yard today and was picking peices for the disc brake conversion for the Ford 9inch while I was there I picked up the front axles BLING BLING the one D44 is a high pinion with drums, the other is a low pinion pass pumpkin with big disc brakes and high steer knuckles, everything is a direct bolt on, Im also working on picking up a used spool to hold the 5.13... Looky what also showed up in the mail I have some 35in AT for road use and I will be using the 37s for trail tires The Jeep will be very road worthy, as a matter of fact the end of Feb I will be driving to Northern Indiana to visit my family and I will also be doing the NAXJA Winter Fest..

Good start. What suspension are you running in the front Long arm or Short arm? So your going to run a spool in the front?

Rubicon Express, a little pricey $400 but it does the job, I got the one for the TJ because for some odd reason it was cheaper but its the exact same thing, I also got the rear axle mountings with it (package deal) because this way I can always do a 3 link in the rear if I decide to

XTrmXJ, Hey don't forget that I want the D30 your running now for my ZJ. I strarted putting my 6.5 LA on the ZJ yesterday so the 36's will be soon I hope. If you want to get rid of the rear RE brackets let me know I will need them for my 8.8 swapp. Did you put the snorkle on that you got from me yet??

Hey man Im sorry, but after I talked to you I had already promised to sell them to some one else, If he backs out though your next in line.. I will be tearing into my old axles and do a inspection on everthing, also they will require a rebuild on the bearings just for saftys sake
Im going to keep the rear brackets and after I get back from the Badlands in Indiana, Im going to see about building a 3 link in the rear of the XJ, Ive got stock XJ coils for trail use (flimsey) and stock dodge 1500 for road use (stiffer)
Ive got the snorkle partially mounted up, Its mounted but I dont like how they route the flex hose so Im running it directly through the inner fender and into a custom bult airbox and using ABS plastic piping
