Yeah, that Jeep looks pretty up close as well... got plenty of ooooohs and aaahhhhs at the meeting. I knew there was something 'missing' on the rear, though... your CO2 bottle! And going back to the other thread (spy photo), isn't Inferno Red Crystal Pearl a Mopar color, or is it GM, Ford, or Import? If it's a Mopar color, it'd still be technically a Jeep color... in a sense. Not like it really matters! Looks great, Don!

I think before and after pics are great. Great color selection.
You have a lot covering the front grill, any problems with overheating?

The Inferno Red Crystal Pearl is used by Mopar on new Rams, Chargers, Pacifica's, PT Cruisers, Jeep Grand Cherokees, Libertys, Magnums, to name a few. So it is a Jeep color, just not on Wranglers, especially 91 wranglers.
The 8274 has been in front of the grill for many, many moons without overheating issues. With the new mount it's also moved forward almost 2 inches. And should allow even better air flow.

That looks sharp - very clean. Where did you get the third brake light? Did you make that or buy it? I'm about to install one of BSRKs awesome rear bumpers and am looking for a good 3rd brake light.

I think the 3rd brake light (which I didn't notice before, even in person, unless it wasn't on yet) is probably a Don Bishop Enterprises special (aka custom install, and might I say looks great -- looks like one of those universal multi-LED units). ;D Back to the paint... I thought it was a familiar Mopar color (and if I'm not mistaken NOT a 'new' color, either, but I'd have to look that up) and even if it's not a Wrangler color, it looks pretty darn sweet on that '91 YJ, Don... although, you could have gone with Plum Crazy Purple and been REALLY different! ;D

The 3rd brake light is just like the ones I've made for a number of TJ's. Even though my 91 didn't require the 3rd brake light I wanted to run it to show my typical bumper design. I like using the LED but I also make them using the original TJ light installed in the tube. I've even added one to a Warn tire rack.

That is very sharp Don! Incredible. The tire carrier and 3rd brake light looks very clean. Hard to tell it's the same Jeep! I don't ever remember you having all terrains on your YJ though?

I have the set of 35 all terrains for street use. I like driving the jeep around town without wearing out the swampers.

Even though my 91 didn't require the 3rd brake light I wanted to run it to show my typical bumper design. And now you can go take it to your insurance agent and get a break on your insurance (at least most insurance companies will give you a break if you add 'modern' safety equipment to your vehicle, last I had heard). I'm trying to figure out if I want a setup like that with the 3rd brake light or figure out how to mount something to the top of my liftgate on the BII. I was thinking of doing some junkyard shopping to find something that will work with the body lines of the liftgate, though, since it would be a little easier to go that route as far as wiring. Anyhow... back to topic.... I was curious where you had it painted?

I just added the rocker protection panels and my latest design rock sliders. The sliders include shackle mounts for hi-lifting or really bad recovery situations.

Those look good Don. You should have ordered a charcoal top and then all would have matched. I like the spice look but, all that charcoal is looking really good.
