It is an Eddie design, Karen picked them out. Still need to paint the wheel welded in rings and get 160 bolts, 160 nuts and 320 washers..... York Bolt here I come......

Hey Tim.. unless they've changed, York Bolt doesn't stock "plated" Grade 8 Bolts.. only the Black Oxide ones.
I ordered all my 2" Grade 8 (3/8") bolts from McMaster Carr.. they showed up a day later.

Thanks for the tip Eddie, after the other days episode finally got the hang of the assembly. This one turned out great. Now only 4 more to do.

Hey Tim, did you use 2"-3/8" bolts? If so, did you have to start with longer bolts? Are those your original 33's or did you upgrade those too?

Boy Scout, no never was one.... Yes those are 2" 3/8 16 bolts. didn't have to start with longer bolts either. The tires bead is 1 1/8" thick on the swampers too, only had to put the bolts through and caught the thread without difficulty. Tires are the 33's I have. look bigger don't they... tim And if I ever get a day off, will get the rest of the jeep back together....
