Hey Tidewater Folks,

Paypal is up and running smoothly for the most part, we have had a couple hiccups, so I just wanted to let y'all know that when using Paypal to make payments to the club, the convenience fees associated with Paypal are to be paid by the [glow=red,2,300]club member [/glow]not the club. Please do not uncheck the [glow=red,2,300]I will pay the fee[/glow] box when making your payment. If you do not wish to use Paypal and pay the additional fee of $1.61 we do still accept cash and checks.
PS. Membership dues is now $50 ($45 plus $5 late fee)

Lisa, when making a personal payment through paypal there appears to be no fee associated. There is not an option to either pay or not pay any fees.

I had my hubby check last night and he was given that option and some of the payments received have been the whole $45 and some have come in with $1.61 deducted from it. So I apologize if I am wrong.

When paying with a credit card the club is exposed to a $1.61 fee to process the card. Just be mindful when using a CC the member should pay the fees associated with this convenience not the club. The process I emailed out is the easiest for both Lisa and the member
