Got a little progress done to Jim's Juggy. Got the JR modified bell housing (thanks Big J) and new flywheel that will work with a CPS. Jim fixed his t-case, rear output was popping out of gear. Also got in the threaded weld studs in and welded them to the Johnny Joints for his rear suspension. Now back to working on the frame and motor mounts. PauLC

Nice! You must make a small fortune recycling aluminium.

A little more progress on the juggy. Old front drive shaft tubing verses the new drive tubing. Old tubing had a O.D. of 1.25" and a .125" wall thickness, new tubing is 1.5" O.D. and .250" wall thickness. Old tie rod and drag link. Stock tie rod ends with new threaded inserts and jam nuts. New tie rod and drag link tubing has O.D. of 1.5" and wall thickness of .250". PaulC

Finished up the new transmission cross member/transmission mount today. Old verses new. The hole is the new one is for the transfer case. Haven't got the new raised motor mounts in yet, when we do then the transfer case will dip down. Then I'll fill in the hole and get good clearance. PaulC

Not worrying about skidding the transmission I guess? That skid looks super cool. How much is the t-case clocked?

The transmission skid will be after the exhaust is done, front axle installed and front drive shaft installed. So we can see what we have to work around.
The transfer case isn't clocked, but it doesn't hang below the transmission and we couldn't clock it with how much we moved the engine/transmission/transfer case up (1.5"). The belly pan will be flat and is only 2" below the frame rails. Most Jeeps with a granny four speed hang down a lot more than that, Jim has a NP435.

I have the same combo. I like the looks of your skid, but I don't have 1.5 inches of room upward unless I do a body lift or a lot of floor cutting.
