They're considered "inserts" for brass tubing, the tubing I need is 5/32" I.D., for modeling purposes. Instead of buying a kit of these and minimal tubing lengths, I'm trying to source these directly somewhere. They take a standard M2 sized screw. Thought maybe some of you machinist guys could figure it out, before I make a trip to fastenal or york bolt.

Looks similar to a nutsert but just different enough to probably not be it
