Never thought about it. Need to look at the weight difference between the two. Eventually there's a point of diminishing returns between price, value, performance, and strength. Tempting. Removing the wire rope and roller fairlead for synthetic line and aluminum hawse shed about 31# in itself so I'm not sure how much is left on the table.

My last mod for a while.... I made my transmition go all the way to 11. This is better than a doubler.

So Keith, I have two questions:
Are you reducing weight to qualify for a class at a wheeling competition or are you planning on gaining weight and need to shed unwanted pounds off the Rubicon?
When is this one up for sale?
