Tickets can be pre-purchased for $8 through Lisa (lisajeep@cox.net) or local elementary schools as a fundraiser.
it is $15 a vehicle the day of event

All, as the holiday season approaches I know everyone will be getting busy and things will get hectic. We have two event/gatherings scheduled for December and the BOD would like to get a head count of those and their guest that plan to attend each event.
Please contact Lisa at lisajeep@cox.net or post it here if your planning on attending the Christmas party the 7th of December or the "Light's on the Beach" Run the 14th of December. This is to plan for food. We would like to have enough for everyone that attends. Remember this is also open to those that at working on a membership to Tidewater.

That was brought up at the last meeting. They now require insurance and an ABC license to have alcohol at an event held there.
I am welcome to suggestions on where to have the event next year if this is a determining factor for your attendance. I want to make the masses happy and get the best turn out for an event. But it is way to late in the game to find another place for this year.

We most likely won't make it, but it has nothing to do with whether alcohol can be consumed or not. I mean ya that sucks, but the importance of whether or not you can drink booze at the club party is starting to become overemphasized.
