Per my introduction, I just relocated back to VB from DC this month, and just before the holidays, I was rear-ended in slow traffic while driving my CJ. Damage to rear cross member brace is the main issue and it needs to be replaced, but I haven't had time to address this until now. I am looking for recommendations on shops that can cut and weld the rear cross member brace. Part is not expensive nor is labor complicated, but just time intensive since it requires undoing rear body mounts and sourcing parts. It will be fully paid by Allstate Insurance, so I am looking to get it down right regardless of the cost and time.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I live near Hilltop, but willing to take Jeep to the right shop regardless of distance within reason.

I just read your introduction, and was all psyched to see your Jeep. Sorry to hear about the accident. I know a one man shop, a neighbor here in Chesapeake. He has worked on lots of high dollar show cars, restorations, and everyday drivers. A couple guys in the club have had their vehicles painted by him. I'll PM his contact info. Chris
