Woot. That's what I'm talkin' 'bout. I bet Kyle and Stephanie are going to have a few more charity rides, etc. to raise more money for their appeals process. This is good news!

Here is a statement from Kyle and Stef. Apparently, Paragon will be open a bit longer.
No time to relax. We are open now on the weekends probably for the next couple of months. During that time we will be scouting out new areas. We may even be opening more than one area. Nothing is set as of now, but as soon is something is set, we will let you know. We hope to stay around the same area (within an hour north/south). We are entertaining all ideas at the moment. But we will keep you posted.

I believe it's already gearing up to go to a 'higher court': www.timesleader.com/mld/timesleader/news/16659592.htmHere is the most recent news about any of it, after the appeal dismissal: www.timesleader.com/mld/timesleader/news/16674919.htmI personally hope it goes to the US Supreme Court and they thumb their noses at Gladstone and PCA. If not, hopefully Kyle and Stephanie can find a spot to 'rebuild' on. I think we should look at alternative fuels for our off-road rigs and daily drivers, something that isn't government-funded, something that truly sticks out and says, ... well... yeah, THAT to the powers that be. That, or we need a 'wheeler in the White House as Pres ;D

its a blow for blow battle, that's for sure. and unfortunately, unless knosp has a sharp lawyer on his hands, the big corporate might overpower them just by sheer monetary worth. More resources, more political pull.
Supreme courts only require "reasonable doubt" to make their decisions... lets hope they have reasonable doubt that PCA and Gladstone are corrupt.

Yeah, I searched their archives and saw that and a couple of other articles concerning the loss of Paragon and it's negative impacts on the local economy, as well as the negative influx the airport might bring, if it's even a successful venture (wait, isn't Paragon already "successful" ). I'm hoping both the local and off-roading community nip this sucker in the bud.
