Who did you buy all this stuff from? So I guess you're not giving up on the YJ then? I hope I'm not sorry I asked these questions. Josh, check you pm box for some advice. The tires were from National Tire and Wheel. The gears and whatnot from Randy's Ring and Pinion. Like he said, he's just in the process of waiting. His desire to work on the YJ or give up on it changes everyday, sometimes every hour. One minute he's done with it, the next, he's wanting to buy stuff. Lol. Same goes for his truck. Same goes for buying me a Jeep... so on and so forth.

Run away now! Do it now. Quicker the better. Don't look back. He will never make up his mind.

Well I had an unexpected evening of fun. I did the clutch master cylinder tonight. Not really a bad night to do it. Weather was not too bad, just a little cold.

i starded the 8.8 axle progect this weekend. I cut off the old shock mounts and the leaf spring perches. wow bryan can wels something on an axle tube real good. Once they were off i smoothed everyhting out. Now just waiting for taxes money to order gears and a locker. I might even get axles and c clip eliminators. Just gotta see what kind of money im working with.

just got the money from my taxes back and round 2 of ordering parts has begun. i orderd the 3 inch body lift, new body mounts cuz mine were poly one inch lift so i got stock poly ones, and a powertrax locker, driveshat flange. Im getting a set of sed richmond gears from a buddy. they have about 3 passes on the 1/4 mile on them and he aslo hooked me up with a buddy that ownes a race car shop who will set them up for 150 bucks. the shop is mike balf.

Josh you do not need a 3 inch body lift. Mount up some tj flares and run it the way it is. Your only running 34's right now. Heck even with 35's you should be fine just drop the bump stop a little.

i know i dont need it but i want it. josh That's your problem, you think you want a 3" body lift, but you don't know why you shouldn't and why it's a bad thing. Would you like to know why? Or do you want to find out for yourself?
