Thanks for the pics Galen. For my own record, is it all right to run the exhaust brake down a long stretch of mountain, or is it more of an occasional use thing? And I meant to spell "Pacbrake" instead of pacebrake.

You should feel a strong braking action with the Jake Brake on. Mine will not engage if cluch is in or gas pedal engaged. The Lower the rpm's the stronger it is.

Actually, I already ordered oil and tranny fluid through my bro's neighbor who deals amsoil. We'll see if that does anything for the tranny at the end of the week (although I doubt it). I can feel the jake brake better at low gear/high RPM, so I think it's working alright.
