Great weekend. I'll post the pics I have as soon as I figure out how. Can't wait to see the pic of Tommy's Jeep with four wheels off the ground.
It was good to see/meet everybody.

The "advanced" reply / new post editor has the buttons for the image tags. All you need to do is upload the pics to photodump, photobucket, imageshack, or something like that. Most picture storage / hosting sites usually have the image tag snippet for forums, etc. right there for you to copy and paste.
I'm hoping to make one or both of the next work weekends @ Oak Ridge myself.
EDIT: And as luck would have it, the next two work weekends I'd only be able to be there one day of each weekend! Definitely going to see if I can work some magic for at least one of them so I can be there the full weekend. We'll see.

Thanks Ya'll for a great weekend. CJ 2007 looks to be a promising year with a couple new trails that are not SO friendly. I think we need to get some sponsors goin on chainsaws with the # we had goin this weekend. Can we get that in the budget? BEN

I will be deciding how much my bad approach to that down hill on Trail #3 Will cost me.Windshield frame and the right side hinge and mirror for sure so things will seal ok. I am working on the CB receive problem. I thought about that little SNAFU! Seems I should have got out and checked that turn before I went down. I was to used to that spot and got careless, or maybe I can call it a Senior moment. Thanks to Mike for enjoying the E ticket flip with me. That was the fastest flip I have ever done in lowrange 1st gear. It was a great work trip. Thanks to all. Tom

Sorry to hear about the flip / roll, Tom, hope it doesn't cost too much to get 'er fixed up! I wish I could have gone to either run this last weekend, but, unfortunately, my work schedule is different now and I don't have most weekends free... my weekends are wherever I have my days off. Gotta love wearing a badge and carrying a gun sometimes!

I've got over 200 pictures of the weekend, from pics of blazing the trails, to a jeep hop from tommy. lots of carnage this weekend too! Roll from Tommy resulting in windshield frame damage/mirror, door, snapped rear driveshaft from a TJ fuel line rotted out on Rani's Wrangler vacuum line on same repair attempt on rani's from kenny slicing line accidentally. crunched taillight/hardtop/body damage on limited rubi on Double Dips. (see picture for said vehicle). snapped tow strap of mine on small dip recovery of rani's jeep. That trail (Skinny Rock) is NOT stock rated. Its a good'un!

Many, many thanks to those of you who showed up to help this past weekend. The foolish folks braved the cold (10 degrees showing on the thermometer when we got up Sunday) and fired up the chainsaws and lopping shears. This group created and/ or cleared 2.1 MILES of trails. Not bad at all. Speaking of lopping shears, I have someone's green handled shears, and my silver handled ones are missing. Looking forward to the next one. BTW, who used their chainsaw? Help me out here so I can keep track: Tommy L. Chad H. Gary B. X 2 Mike C. who else? Working on that budget for ya, Ben!

Joe from Maryland had a whole BUNCH of stuff -chainsaw, weed trimmer with 6" saw blade, couple other goodies...that he took with him on saturday night.
Thought Mike Day had one as well as Galen?
Oh, and look to Kenny for your loppers.

Chris, that video clip is too funny. How long did it take you to find it? My chainsaw was out and running. Maybe next time I'll actually use it.

I went through the exercise of getting a photobucket account, but my pictures pretty much stink. So I am not going to post them. I'll try to do better next time. ;D
