Had a AWESOME time! The Burban towed great the new engine in Ol' Red worked better then I had expected and I even broke!!! The clutch near the middle of the day today went out in a blaze of glory! Since I didn't have the correct gear (aka crawler box) I was smoke checking the clutch most of the weekend. Well on WOW the clutch decided it was going to give out! Had a great time sorry you couldn't have been there today Tom, and Thanks Fran for allowing me to ride with you on the last trail of the day. I'll post a couple pics up tomorrow after I get some rest.

As always, Crozet was good wheeling. Tom and Paul, thanks for changing your mind and coming up. I believe we all stressed the trucks just enough. Well,,, except Paul who I really think was trying burn up that clutch so he could put in the new one. But, I know he's probably sitting at home wondering how to get that lower gear ratio into the truck. BTW Paul, that little trail stretch we were on is called WOW - "Winch Out Way" - let's say you were added to the victim list.
Don't have any of my own pics, hopefully I'll get some forwarded from Chris and Donna (they were from Roanoke area driving a nicely built FJ40). Oh ya, this was a weekend where the Yotas out numbered the rest.

yeah... there were 2 jeeps and 4 Yota's!! ;D Oh and for the record I wasn't "trying" to burn the clutch up... I was trying to get over the obstacle's without ramping them! I had the replacement clutch because the one that is dead now was making funny noises and I knew it was only time before it went to that great clutch God in the sky! I'm going to try and get to the store tomorrow and pick up some disc's so I can copy the video's over for you Fran. I'll get a hold of you once they are copied. A few of the video's are over 50 meg so I can't send them through e-mail. Here's a tidbit... hope it comes through! vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=17360243Paul G.
