Is your Jeep driveable/moveable? If not, what kind of electrical service is available in your garage?

My welder uses a 110, 20 amp outlet.

Do you have a 20 amp outlet? Check your breakers, then look at the outlet, it should have both a vertical and horizontal slot.

love that technical jargon......you could have said two thingys running up and down(110V) or the other is asleep while the other is on guard duty(220V) hmmmm, have to put that in my resume. right after unexplained happenings.....
