Anyone locally build custom 3 or 4 link suspension

I'm planning on building a custom chassis and install the axles with 3 or 4 link suspension. Haven't decided on a path yet or if I'll use coils, single or double coilovers. Has anyone locally successfully built a good on/off road suspension? Also, I'm up in the air regarding the use of rubber/poly bushes, hiems, or johnny joints. Any input out there? Oh yeah, we're talking about a daily driver when it's completed.

he's in chesapeake but he doesn't do that kind of work. he makes heavy duty steering and 14 bolt stuff
