Does anyone know the spline count of a Semi-float D60 shafts from a F-250 ?? I'm assuming it has big shafts, but not sure.?.?.?

Hi Craig, Let me start by saying "I don't know", but I did go looking around to see if I could find anything for you. From what I could tell, from places like www.off-road.com/jeep/tech/axle/d60.html it sounds like the semi float would have been 30 splines. The full floater would have been 35 splines. There's lots of stuff out there about the d60, but it gets kinda confusing. Hopefully, someone with experience with them will weigh in with the answer. Whatcha going to do with a semi float?

Shoot, what I really want for the Wrangler is a 14Bolt rear, and a Chevy D60 front. I've already ordered some 15x7" rims with a 8 lug bolt pattern. When I get a few more hours OT, I'll order my 27x9.5x15" Baja Belted HP Mickey Thompsons.

14 bolt AND 27s! Hey big spender, you ought to have almost 3 INCHES of ground clearance. Wait, don't tell me you're swinging the other way...a lowrider YJ??? Say it ain't so!

Hey Craig, why not get a Dana 70? They have one over at U-Wrench-It that is on a huge blue ford 15 pass. van. I already took it off for you! Ain't I a wonderful guy!?! Well, actually I just need other parts but all you have to do is take the shocks off. Also, there are plenty of yard around here with 60, 70 and 14 bolts for cheap. I got my 14 for $100 close by in Yorktown... As far as spline counts, I know that the Full floaters had 30 splines and I beleive the others do as well. For the fun of it, I wouldn't get a semi floater, why not go all the way with a FF?
