I think the picture kinda says it all. After travelling over 50,000 miles in 6 months, the GW is home! Welcome home Tony! And, welcome home to all in the GW battle group! GW arriving Norfolk, 12/20/02 - Photo Compliments PilotOnline.

;D ;D Yes i have to admit for a really rainy/cold day it still couldn't ruin being home. However the next day when driving the little YJ for the first time. Lets just say if your catalytic converter starts rattleing really bad. Get it fixed. Mine blew up and clogged the muffler so bad that it was blowing oil out almost every seal in the engine. Lets just say yesterday was a put the jeep back together day. New exhaust and gaskets for the engine. But, it still beats a day on the boat. ;D See in Jan. Tony

Now there's a true wheeler! First day home in 6 months and you spend it crawling around under the hood of the YJ! See? You should have left us the keys... to keep it limbered up for your return. ;D
Did you get it squared away? From what I've read, clogged up cat can be real bad hoodoo... burnt pistons and such. I hope it wasn't serious!

Well, the poor little 4 banger made it all the way up to WVa with out any problems. Well, except it decided it didn't like the fan belt it had on it. Other than that Dad said it is now running better than ever. I should be getting the new add ons once i get up there on the 26th. Not exactly sure what all is waiting for me but, knowing him it will be alot of stuff. ;D

That's good news, Tony. I'll bet your Dad has been planning stuff for the YJ for the last 6 months! Will he be coming along on any of the trail rides this year? Please tell him I asked about him. Drive carefully going out to WV and have a great Christmas!
