I'm all for it. I'll help definitely! Let me ask again...which T4W member is going to take the LEAD? There is plenty of backup material and resources through Carla and United, but someone has to be the LEADER.

Tell more about this "Park"... Will scheduled events be held their... ie: steep slopes, mud bogs, various trails/obstacles etc? Maybe I'm thinking too big but if we had place like that around this immediate area it would be big... I'd give it a year maybe 2 depending on the set-up of courses etc... Maybe even local television would pick-it up and then spread like wild-fire... You all know the boys from NC would stroll-on up this way to check it out... Even the Northeners. I have a buddy who owns a landscaping business... He has Plenty of diggers and dozers!!! I'm sure for a small fee he'll loan them out to us.

okay, I will. what exactly would be my first step? 1. Get in Jeep and check out possible sites posted "for sale". You may be able to do some of this online. (EBAY actually lists these types of property from time to time but the chances of getting something near here are slim I would think.) Get numbers and meet with owners/realtors to check out enviro impact areas, zoning restrictions. 2. Develop business plan to for loan/government grant/adjacent land owners. My $.02. Hope this helps...

that looks cool i like the one up north, seems to be closer on the map how much do those large plots of land go for, i throw in a little bit, not like thousands sorry but some. They say its level ground we could bring in like rocks and logs and stuff that'd be sweet

It'll never happen around here... It's all too politcal! If anything, it'll be out in the sticks like everything else... Too much work work work and not enough play play play...
