For sure beef the frame to the other side, or build a steering box brace to attach to the other frame rail. Track bar wouldn't be to bad to make either. Might need it with that amount of lift you have. How did the weekend go.
Also if you want to come up and grab the pitman arm link it is sitting by the garage door on the floor inside. Ask Jenn to open up the garage.

i started on a new front bumper/winch mount this weekend that will also add in the frame stiffener. i am going to recess the winch into the front of the truck so i have better approach angle. with the 1/4" plate going from frame rail to frame rail and some added supports then it should be good to go. when removing the front frame crossmember i found 3 of the 4 rivits that tie the frame to the support and spring perch were loose, so that added to the frame movement at the steering box. will have pics to post this weekend, night shift is killing me on getting anything posted.

well before the work weekend at Harolds i found out that i had broken a mount on the steering box at crozet. i started the changes by taking off the old bumper. here is how far the old bumper stuck out. bumper removed. i originally thought about mounting the winch from the bottom like this. changed my mind about that because of remote connector and freespool clutch lever locations, so i decided to "french" it into the grill for better approach angle. so after replacing the steering box today i built a brace for the frame. and a pic of the end of the brace at the steering brace.
