I can't claim the lift kit install, rocker protection or gear swap (PaulC on gears;D) but I did do the bumpers and am getting ready to add stinger to front bumper and tire carrier/Hi-Lift carrier to rear bumper. We installed the M/M winch recently which required a little fabbing to bumper.
Removed light tabs and license plate tabs-

Brad attaching wires-

While I drill out bottom of bumper for access holes to front bolts of winch mount points. They'll get plugged-

Slick looking Jeep!

Spindle will go through to plug weld hole on bottom-

Tire carrier is basically done, needs OSPHO'd and painted-

Existing bumper is getting 2" receiver fitted and then re-painted...

Prepped and ready for paint. Brad, hope ya like that wingnut for the Hi-lift mount! I don't think you'll have a problem getting a gloved hand on it...

Main bumper-

They'll be bolted on Sunday after drying this weekend, then the front...

Almost done, need to drill and tap holes for coaxial cable loop clamps, add flush zerk and grease up-

You ca add a small lock to the Hi-Lift mount if you plan on leaving it on. I would use a lockable pin for tire mount, too-

The plate will help tie it all together and will make a good bow wake when fording deep water...

Thanks Chele, I was eye balling those tube fenders when your Jeep was sitting at Dave's but he wouldn't let me borrow any wrenches, something about being responsible because it was in his driveway.

Dave...you are rocking on this thing. Looks great so far. It's going to be nice to have the weight off that stock spare tire carrier and to have someplace solid for it to go. Looks like it's all going to tuck in nice and tight.

I'll post more pics tonight. Once Alex goes to sleep, I'll be mounting the latch and catch and do some grinding to smooth out the latch mounting part. It's all finish-welded, too. If I wasn't going out of town Friday, you'd have it back for the weekend. Sorry 'bout that. Call me if you need the Jeep for the weekend or if you just want to check it out! Yea it's coming out killer. I'm happy with it!

Can't wait to get the stinger on and have it complete. That carrier is solid and built well. Another quality CORE product.

Carrier is prepped for paint, need to finish weld in the receiver and prep for paint... ;D
