Project "Zuburban" (Honor)

I have posted this over on Zuwharrie and I thought I would post up here also.

There are a lot of people that knew how much of friends myself and Art Lilley were. I really miss my friend !!

Then began just a thought of building something completely crazy. Soooo......... with that said.......here I will show what will be built.

OHH !! My thought !!!

I am building a 4-door tin top.... the second set of doors will be suicide.

All in Honor of My Friend.........My Brother......Art Lilley

To bring you all up to speed:

I have cut the tin top body into and it just sitting on the frame right now. With the bad weather coming in tonight and tomorrow I might be able to cut the frame into either Sunday or Monday. The frame will then be separated and set up on jack stands wating on me to cut the second set of doors down to the width I need ( around 22" wide ). that is all right now..........

I do have one pic of the body cut into and sitting on the frame.

Are you turning two into one or is the other one going to be a different project? I almost had my hands on a Sami once, and sort of regret not snatching it up. You don't see them too often around anymore. Looks like it'll be an interesting project

the one in the background might get a SPOA later, but right now the cut one is the only project rig. I have a donor tin top body coming to the house soon.
