Wow! That is the exact setup I am working on! I am just not as fast and efficient as you are it seems. I was even online looking for a light bar. Have you been spying on me or what? Nice job by the way.

Very nice!
I have a question...how/where are you going to run the wiring into the vehicle? I would like to add some lights and a rocket launcher to my roof rack, I just have to decide how to get the wiring inside. Thoughts?

Chris, run your wires in a loom down along the snorkel. Punch and grommet a small hole or clearance where the snorkel enters the fender for a little wire room. You might also be able to tuck it next to the door seal, run it down a ways and into cab...
Roof rack looks good!

I used a UNI bit and drilled right in the roof, a few rubber grommets and some sealant from dodds RV. Ive never had a problem with it leaking. I had the wires running down through the door but i came out after a heavy rain and had a nice puddle in the floor board. I'll post a few pics up of how i i did it.

i ran them through the roof and down the a pilar. It is a pain getting it all off but you can grab some factory switches from the junkyard and wire them to your lights. Its like they're not even there

What else do you plan on putting on the roof? I have the Hi-Lift, a shovel, and the spare tire up there. I modified a TJ tire carrier to bolt to the cross bars, so the weight is distributed to all 4 cross bars.

I had my rack welded up 4 years ago and never used it. Its made out of aluminium. I got it out of the barn a couple weeks ago to look at making the rain gutter brackets. A already have highlift brackets on it. I plan on mounting my spare tire up there as well. I am interested in seeing how you do it. I will take the light bar for $50.00. When do you want it?
