This was an epic event. We had roughly 30 rigs come to this. Phil from MPJAI did a great job setting things up, and Poor Boys did an excellent job feeding us on Saturday night.
The group I was in only had 6 rigs in it, and we started the day off ON V-trail. I had a minor rear axle issue which headed us back to camp by lunch for a repair.
After fixing my rig.. we went on to Run EXtreme trail going up... and some how we ran the Secret trail going down which was slightly unnerving at times.. but definately good trail riding.
I cant wait till next yr to go on this event again. Why fight 300 rigs.. when you can do it on a smaller number.

Thanks for the update. I was wondering how that event went. I have never wheeled at Gore. The timing hasn't worked out for me. I would to wheel an event where 1. I was not responsible for anything but me and my vehicle and 2. There are <10 vehicles in the line.

And if the land use/camping wasn't per person + event fee... I would be more happy to go...

It was awesome. If you have ever wheeled out of state the camping fees are comprable. The camping fees do bite, but I would gladly pay 15 bucks a day for a hot shower and a flushing toilet.
We had a bunch of ppl take advantage of the range there too. This is something many ppl have to pay to use when they are at home.
The unexpected cool thing was there was a local food vendor there selling food. The prices were decent. Anytime you can get a burger, fries and a drink for 5 bucks.. You are doing good.
Chris you really need to make a point of going to the Cove at least once. The tails are very much like Paragon, and Rausch. The trails vary from a stocker could do it.. To oh my God I just crapped my pants.
