So having some issues with a late model warn 9.5 Ti winch, the brake decided to quit holding, cable spools back out, then the solenoids started clicking... So how do I tear this thing apart and find parts before the annual? Thanks Ben

warnserviceparts.com/ I'll check and see if I have an exploded view of the 9.5 ti. Have you taken it apart yet?

I'll take it off your hands so you don't have to deal with it. . Most likely with the brake cracked or the break springs gave up. The are relatively easy to take apart with Allen screws. You take the fancy top part off, unscrew the cross beams and basically pull it apart. It should separate relatively easy into the motor side, the spool, and the gear side. The parts of interest to you will with be in the spool, or attached to the motor. It is most likely either part 13 or 19 on the exploded view.
