One thing I am wondering though... is it a maintenance problem that has caused the issue with your D-max, Scott? Or is it that it's just not tuned right or something? This is one of the few times I've heard anything bad about 'em and I'm just curious what might've gone askew. Please read up on the 05 D-max and all its problems... I was just the unlucky one that, just happen to buy one that was built on a sat while everyone was on overtime and had plans at home and didn't want to be at work. Anyhow Norm would be proud, I bought a Ford today, The Dodges seemed so cheaply made inside copaired to the Ford, the six speed and 6.7 was nice but all 3 dodges that I drove all had the same problems that were mentioned on the forums. So I'm 1-1 and now 1. I loved me last dodge, liked the chevy till the overheat issue started, and time will tell with the ford, and I hope its a positive experience BTW got a 2007 King Ranch, way to good of a deal to pass up!

It's changed! So far I like it, a lot taller than the Dmax, I'm wondering how it's going to pull with the 325/85 R 18 tires. It still seams to have plenty of pep. I like the way it shifts and so far the fuel economy is better too:) I don't have a camera to post pics yet but as soon as I get them I will post.

Just for the record, I haul my junk with an 06 F150 FX4 Four door with the 5.4L It does the job just fine. We have a few mountain passes we have to negotiate out here, and I have spanked my buddies in thier gas powered dodges.
However, I do wish I went with the diesel, the only reason being, is the price of diesel is way cheaper than gas right now. $200 in gas to go wheeling every weekend kinda blows.
