As for the Potties, I think next year I will have them serviced Friday Night. They cost us $75 each for the three days. Doubling them would take a big chunk of our money. Having them serviced only cost $25 extra each. I do agreee they did get bad in the camp ground.
I also agree that if we had rain it would have slowed us down. But it would have made things interesting. Capping the limit at 200 would make things easy for us also. No postmark issues.
I have all the banners, I will look and see if I have it.
Thanks for all your inputs, I only ask to make things better each year.
You will have to PM me and let me know what you meant about Kenny and the gunner for 7.

The Mrs and I had a great time and it was worth the 3 plus year wait! the only real casualty, a lost gas cap on the way up, ask Cory about that marathon convoy! Lesson learned, don't caravan with 4cyl jeeps! ha, sorry guys had to get that shot in there.....

Having them serviced only cost $25 extra each. I do agreee they did get bad in the camp ground. $75.00 I think we are paying $45.00 per MONTH with 3 cleanouts...I'll check into alternatives... No doubt! Plus we wouldn't have had to deal with the DBB's! I wonder if there is a "fair" way to make sure that someone that attended this year, could get "dibs" on a space for next year (over a new person...) I actually found the person who it was "given" to...I promised him that if I could score another one next year, it would be all his then. I still have 3 stops for that banner, pimpin' the Hi-Lift stuff this year... Customer feed back...the best learning tool! Kenny broke first thing in the morning on Friday...just busting his chops (even if he don't read it). I was the 7 gunner...couldn't give myself props...wouldn't seem right. ;D

It was an excellent weekend, thank you all! A special thanks to the good folks that helped with the recent build-up and storage of my junky-monkey. I wouldn't change a thing.

It was nice to see that the Kracker Motorsports Jeep was up and running.

If you can find something better in the area, that would be great. Hate to beat a dead horse, but just don't hesitate to mail your registration in right away.
Thought maybe Kenny and you did something I didn't hear about! I was asked for one of them, but couldn't remember if that was the one. Glad you snatched it back. Too many things going on last weekend, small mind some things get deleted to enter new!

ask Cory about that marathon convoy! Lesson learned, don't caravan with 4cyl jeeps! it wasn't the lack of power, but I for a while was trying to keep you on my horizon, and shawn in my rearview mirror. by the time you were nearly a pair of tiny red dots, I couldn't catch up. that was SOME convoy though. I especially loved the Tow Truck guy coming to help us out, and locking HIMSELF out of his vehicle. Wish he woulda given me the buck or so for the use of directory assistance from my phone though. oh well. He learned his lesson, and I'll remember to carry my slimjim next time.

Great weekend! Jesse and Sandy and Jason did a FANTASTIC job! ;D I know you all feel like As for capping the vehicles... I didn't think the number of vehicles was so bad, but camp space was a bit limited. I thought I read something about putting the trailers in the staging area? That would free up space. I know a few people who wanted to come, but were confused and thought they would not be getting a confirmation back, so as a 'group' decided not to come at all. (Oh well, thier loss! I won a High Lift!) Servicing the potties GREAT IDEA! Maybe it should be done during the day when we are all on the trail and out of the way? And as for trail 7...at least we all kept our clothes on! But it is a bit daunting when your guide breaks on the FIRST DAY!!! Yet, we all continued to follow like lost sheep.....

I really thought the flow of traffic went pretty good. I think I spent more time driving this year, as opposed to last year. And we had 100 more vehicles this time. Very well coordinated. Thanks to all involved and all who went for a great time.

I say double up on the port-a-pots or have them pumped and cleaned and put a cap at 250 vehicles since not everyone will show next year for some reason, which would probably make it the same amount of folks as this year. Most of our group was extreamly upset after Friday since we didn't hit but 3 very weak trails but had a blast on Saturday! From what I've heard...Everyone had a great time and there days seemed to go just like our groups did. The only real complaining I heard was about was my snoring! Scott

I know we had a lot of stuff at the raffle, but for next year can we start earlier? Annmarie got the comment from a few that July was too late for them. They set their raffle budget earlier in the year. Could have been an excuse not to donate at all. A couple of my contacts fell through that usually donate. Jack at CTM had a 45 minute conversation with Annmarie and he was suppose to send a few joints our way. He's been real busy lately, running a business and spotting for Jody. Jody had a sent a winch but it wasn't at the raffle. The last email I got was on the 19th stating they were next day airing it on the 20th. I'm following up to see if they sent it and what they want me to do with it if it shows up late. Ben, it would be from RAWX Racing or Jody and Sara Everding.
And sometime before next year, we as a club need to have a poker night just for the reason to teach Chris poker.

I really enjoyed the trip. of all the clubs i have went on rides with the was the best. i do think i upset some of the jeeps that were in my group with the way the big truck walked up CJ5 hill and quarry. wish i would have had more tape on my video camera for that one. and of all things i could have won at the raffle the 60" hi lift was perfect.
