I love these things! I got a gas powered RC for Christmas and it has gotten me back into the RC world. I would be up for setting up a Scaled Harold's Highway out at my place.

Keith/All, I know you haven't heard from me in months but you know where I am....Doing God's work in places unnamed....
So, back on topic...I have one of these as well, got it last summer, upgraded to Vanquish products Titanium links, Vanquish Inner C's, and RC4WD axles....It is an absolute blast to drive, and man does it have the best of both worlds...anyhoo...be back soon.
P.S. - There will be some full on Grand Cherokee Building going on when I get back....stay tuned, I will post up when I get back in the area! ;D

I (we) have a Wraith too. Carla was tired of me saying I wanted new socks for my birthday, so she and the boys spurlged. I am now thinking there was an alterior motive for Noah and Seth to go along with this. We have wheeled it a little and had a blast so far. Noah was doing some doughnuts and stuff like Dennis Anderson and we lost some screws in the rear driveshaft. And, just like Dennis Anderson, Noah stayed on the gas until he was red-flagged by the folks in charge. We found the missing half of the driveshaft, and got new parts from Debbie's RC. (It is sad we now carry spares for every 4x4 we own. Looking forward to wheeling this at Harold's Highway. I plan to bring my 1/4 tonm trailer to Oak Ridge for the work weekend, maybe we can get a load of river rock and bring it home? Speaking of Oak Ridge, maybe we can hit CJ5 Hill with he scale crawlers and get some good video to post up. ;D

I think these things would do great on CJ5 Hill!
Also, there's a ton of write ups and videos on building an RC course. Harold's place would be great if he's up for it. Especially since I live near him, LOL. I was going to build a smallish RC course in the back yard but maybe we should consolidate all of our efforts.
Chris, I am trying to find a screw kit for these things so we all have some extra screws and nuts to carry around for when we lose them.

Not yet, I'm still looking for a driver! And then a navigator. Haven't found anyone suitable for the job yet.

I am game! Farmer Service in Smithfield sells some pretty good size stone. We could get a small load of it and make a killer course!

The crawler course at Debbie's RC is mostly chunks of concrete. I am sure that stuff can be found for free...Criagslist is your friend!

Keith - I think this is more your style:
I bet you could get a nice manstang and have all sorts of fun just spinning the tires.
It would be just like watching your Ruby at Harold's.

That's dumb, and how come only Asians like drifting? At least I didn't bring a BMW to Harolds. Althought it probably would have done just about as well as the Jeep did that day. You keep poking at me, but you have two Jeeps and neither of them work.
