I've just completed transfering EVERYTHING from my old rusted out hulk of a frame to my restored frame. Anyone up for a ride to Suffolk to help me move the tub from the old to the new? Of course beer and some type of food will be around (pizza, burgers, whatever). C'mon guys, 5 minutes of work for free beer!

When are you looking to get it done? I'm up in Smithfield, not that far off.

THanks! That would be so cool to get some help. Either Sat or Sun would be ok, I was waiting to see what the consensus would be for everyone. Actually any day is ok for me cause I work midnights. I live off of Nansemond Pkwy near the Chesapeake line in Suffolk Meadows. 201 Armor Way, Suffolk. I'll post some directions here if needed.
I don't really know how many will be needed, cause I have no idea what a tub weighs. But all the seats are out, the top is off, and the front grill is off. The hood can come off easy too, just need a second body to help me move it. I'd think 5 or 6 maybe? More is good too. What's Paul C doin this weekend? ;D

i'm game for sunday.
don't know why y'all'd need to ID me, or what pun i was implying, because i haven't the slightest idea of what either of you mean.
But to give you an idea, i'm thinkin you're Keith, right?
To give you an idea keith, my father and I pulled a rusted CJ7 body off the frame by hand, one on either side. (5 years ago, when I was a bit smaller and not as strong) So 3-4 people ought to make short work of it. Plus you'll have those hands to start puttin stuff back in. It's almost not worth the drive for anyone not local to Suffolk.
But I can bring some food and we can make an outing of it!! ;D

Yep it's me Keith. And ya, all are welcome, it'd be cool to have hands to put stuff back on if anyone would like. And it'd be nice to meet some more new Jeepers. Now I'll be able to finally go do some wheelin and join the club. If you come out and see my frame, you'll know why I haven't taken it anywhere yet. In case anyone wants some old parts, I have a stock tire carrier, a homemade rear bumper and a 15" wheel with a new tire mounted on it. I don't recall the tire size off hand, but it's small. You can have it all. I'll get some Oduls for Cory
