Detroit locker makes a 30 spline for the super 30 kit, probally others out there too,... Will OX has their prototype in one of the 4X4 rags' jeeps. It's a 30 spline as well. Here's a couple pics on progress- Billy getting the "light work" done- Shot of gear pattern- Gotta take it all apart, install tube seals, tap for air fitting, re-install with new bearings and take measurements one last time before air check and button up! Finally-light at the end of the tunnel! Thanks for Wendy's today, Jay...

I'm gonna try to. My boss knows I want to get it back on the road. Problem is my work doesn't get done if I'm not there(I need to clone myself).. And being that I have had a lot of time off w/ the holidays, I can't say for sure I can. But I definitely don't want to miss this part

Well, still have to order a driveshaft and sye.. Tracked air compressor- scheduled delivery next friday(everything takes 4eva to be delivered on this buildup). I know I don't NEED this to get the Jeep done and really I figure some fabrication time would be needed to mount it. Can be done on a l8r d8... Showed the kids pics of the Jeep w/ no front end... The kids reply: "WHO DID THAT TO YOUR JEEP" My reply: "I did" Priceless

Ok, getting close to installing axle. Figured I'd do a leak check/op check of housing BEFORE installing (it's cold out!) so here's some more pics- Jim installing a u-joint (760 series)- New shafts built up, minus slingers- Comparison 30 spline vs. 27- Shafts going in- Initial op check- Finished inside- Now just need to go and put together air check set up to make sure diff doesn't bleed down and bolt on outer stuff! I love girls night out ;D Jim, we're almost through! Thanks for all your help, wish I had a "real" shop so I could hire ya! But then you'd forget about school and I'd actually have to pay you and then my overhead would be shot! lol Good times are priceless...;D
